A 2-ha vineyard, situated north-east of the property at 250 mt a.s.l., on a slight slope, north-facing.
This vineyard has four grape varieties under Guyot cultivation: 1 ha of Verdicchio, 0.5 ha of Gewurztraminer, 0.25 ha of Chardonnay, and 0.25 ha of Pinot Nero.
The soil, which is sandy and silty, and alkaline, is rich in active limestone and organic material.
